- Cancellations made on or before MYT 8th March 2025 @11.59pm will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 10%.
- Cancellations made between MYT 9th March 2025 and MYT 24th March 2025 @11.59pm will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after 25th March 2025.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
- Participant substitutions are allowed until MYT 3rd April 2025 @11.59pm.
- Please notify us in writing of any substitutions via [email protected].
- No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior cancellation.
Cancellation by the Organisers
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond the organisers' control), the conference may be rescheduled or cancelled.
- In such cases, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.
- If the conference is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment, participants will receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the completion of event.
- All refunds will be processed via telegraphic transfer only.
- Certain charges, such as transaction fees or administrative fees, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Partial refunds will be issued based on the cancellation date and in line with the refund deadlines outlined above.
- Participants will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
- A copy of the payment receipt must be attached to the application.
Payment Security
- All payments for conference registration are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure the protection of personal and financial information.
- The organisers do not store credit card or payment information. Any suspicious transactions will be flagged and investigated.
- Participants will receive an official receipt and confirmation email upon successful payment. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact [email protected].
- Your payment and personal data will only be used for conference-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Liability Disclaimer
The organisers are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such expenses.
